1. Email info@badbthelabel.com with your order number and the item you are looking to return
2. Once we receive your email you will be contacted by a member of our team with instructions on returning your item
If you are making a return, here are a few things you should know:
For items purchased at full price (i.e. not sale items) we are happy to provide a full refund for your item(s) up to 28 days from your date of purchase
• You must provide proof of purchase for example, a receipt and/or order number
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Once you have completed your return, you are responsible for keeping note of your tracking number.
• Products must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order
• Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags attached
• Refunds can only be made onto the original payment method used
• Exchanges are not included in our returns policy
• Separate orders cannot be returned together - this will only cause delays in processing your return
Once we have received your items for refund, they will be inspected and you will receive an email if you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible for a refund, then this will be processed within 7-10 working days of confirmation
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Then contact your bank. Often there are some processing time before a refund is posted. Weeks and bank holidays may also result in delayed refunds.
